Grapefruit Tea

Ingredients:

• 2 cups ruby red grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed (about 2 grapefruits)

• 2 tablespoons honey (may add more to taste)

• 1 cinnamon stick

• 1/2 teaspoon allspice berry

• 1/2 cup water

Directions:

• In an medium pot, combine juice, honey cinnamon, allspice and water.

• Bring to a boil over high heat; strain and discard solids.

Note - Tried to get as much as pulp pushed through the strainer as possible.
